Week two was a blast! This week the kids made Dragon Water on their own. They even put a twist on the recipe by adding a little fresh lime juice to the mix. We worked on our root stance and some movement drills. We made three different types of guacamole, one with lime, one with cumin and one with extra spicy hot sauce! After working out and making a snack we planted some spinach and kale seeds in the raised bed gardens.
